Last week we have finished the manufacturing of a full automatic pasteurizer for 25.000ltr/h for one of our clients. The line is equipped with an in-line fatt standardization system for both the milk (0-4.5%) and the cream (20-45%), an inline skimmer and Bactofuge. It has the possibility to run on various temperature cycles for as well drinkmilk (outlet temperature 4°C) as cheese milk (outlet at 29°C).
The separator is adapted to a direct drive with a frequency converter. For cream the line has a pump, cooler and special cream pasteurizer. The cream pasteurizer is equipped with 2 cooling sections for parallel and reverse flow of icewater cooling designed for high fat cream up to 45%. The whole system has its own independent CIP system with automatic Lye and acid dosing system from a 200ltr drum.
Flowtransmitters Mass flow and Magflow Siemens, 4 Pneumatic CIP cleanable sample valves (Keofitt). Complete integrated controls of all components with PLC Siemens S7-1500 written in Tia-portal 14v language. It is possible to log on to the control system remote through internet and it has a recording system for all analogue signals: temperatures, pressures, pressure difference and flow’s. Skid mounted, all cabling electric and pneumatic pre-assembled and pretested in our workshop for minimum installation costs on site.
